How do I book an appointment at your dental clinic?
You can book an appointment by calling us directly, sending a message via WhatsApp, or filling out the contact form on our website. Our team responds within 2 to 3 hours during working days. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What are your clinic working hours?
The clinic operates from Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We remain closed on Saturdays and public holidays observed in Nepal. Emergency services are available outside regular hours, subject to prior arrangement.
Do you provide emergency dental services?
Yes, we provide emergency dental care for urgent cases such as severe toothache, broken teeth, or dental trauma. Call us immediately or send a WhatsApp message with details of your emergency. We prioritize urgent cases and arrange consultations as quickly as possible.
Where is your clinic located and how do I get there?
The clinic is located in Kathmandu, Nepal. You can reach us by public transport, taxi, or private vehicle. Detailed directions and a map link are available on our Contact page. Parking space is available for patients arriving by car or bike.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept 3 payment methods (cash, bank transfer, and digital wallets such as eSewa or Khalti). Credit and debit cards are not currently accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
How quickly do you respond to phone calls and messages?
We respond to phone calls during working hours immediately or within 10 minutes. Messages sent via WhatsApp or email receive replies within 2 to 3 hours on working days. For urgent matters, calling is the fastest way to reach us.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by informing us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients. Frequent last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Can I contact the dentist directly for advice?
General inquiries are handled by our reception team, which includes trained dental assistants. For specific clinical advice or follow-up queries, you can request a callback from the dentist. We do not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations over the phone without an examination.
Do you offer video consultations or online appointments?
Currently, we do not offer video consultations. All appointments require an in-person visit to the clinic for accurate diagnosis and treatment. However, you can send initial inquiries or photos via WhatsApp for preliminary assessment.
How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially during peak hours or festival seasons in Nepal. For routine check-ups, booking a week ahead ensures better time slot availability. Emergency cases are prioritized regardless of booking time.
